Communicating with Stephen Ministries

Stephen Ministries holds to the highest standards of customer service. Our goal is to communicate clearly and caringly with all whom we serve. We have found that the best way to respond to customer questions is through personal telephone calls or correspondence, not email or social media.

Since 1975, our conviction has been and continues to be that our customers deserve accurate, specific, personal, and professional answers. We respond to every letter we receive in the order it arrives, and we take time to research and craft our response. This helps us provide the high-quality response our constituents expect.

Privacy

Stephen Ministries is committed to protecting your privacy. For that reason, we never sell or share email addresses or customer addresses with anyone. See our privacy policy.

Credit Card Payments

We accept both MasterCard and Visa in the online store. At this time, we don’t accept any other credit card types. If you’d like to be invoiced for your order, place your order via phone, fax, or mail.

Returns

Please Inspect Your Order Right Away

As soon as you receive your order, please check to make sure that we have sent what you ordered and that it is in good condition. Keep the packing material in case you want to return any items. We will accept merchandise returns up to 90 days after the date on the invoice, so it is a good idea to inspect the order right away.

If you would like to return a product you ordered, please contact Stephen Ministries. Our Customer Service Department will be glad to help you.

Credit for Returns/Restocking Fee

If there is a problem with your order because we made a mistake, we will credit or refund the cost of the materials you return, and we will not charge a restocking fee. If we made a mistake, we will take care of the problem at no cost to you.

For returns not due to our mistake, we will credit or refund the cost of materials you return, so long as they are in resellable condition, minus a 10% restocking fee to cover our costs in handling your return. The customer is responsible for original shipping and return shipping.

Training Materials

Stephen Ministry training materials are available only to Stephen Leaders at enrolled congregations. For that reason, they can only be ordered via phone, fax, or mail. Please contact us if you have any questions or wish to place an order.
