Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit has had over ten years of active Stephen Ministry in their congregation. Stephen Leaders attribute their success to God blessing their dedication to caring ministry and to following the design of the Stephen Series system of training and supervision. The church maintains a strong Stephen Leader Team and regularly trains additional Stephen Ministers so that the needs of hurting people will never go unmet. Stephen Leaders understand the value of having full pastoral and congregational support for Stephen Ministry, so they continually build awareness and ownership.
