In 1998, Bethlehem Lutheran began ChristCare Small Group Ministry to meet needs for community, discipleship, outreach, and spiritual growth. Two years later the church added Stephen Ministry so it could also provide a deeper level of care to members and non-members facing a difficult time. The combination of the two ministries has enabled the fast-growing congregation to meet a wide variety of needs very effectively.
