Instructions for Logging In to the Stephen Ministries Web Site
Notes:
- Only Stephen Leaders (those who have completed a Stephen Series Leader's Training Course) can access the Stephen Leader Pages.
- Only ChristCare Equippers (those who have completed a ChristCare Series Equipper's Training Course) can access the ChristCare Equipper Pages.
- Both Stephen Leaders and those registered on our site as Stephen Ministers can access the Stephen Minister Pages.
Logging In for the First Time
- Stephen Leaders or ChristCare Equippers:
If you have attended a Leader's Training Course or an Equipper's Training Course since 2002, you received a special flyer when you received your commissioning certificate on the Friday evening of the conference. This flyer has your first-time log-in name and password printed on it. Contact us if you need help finding your log-in name and password.
Type your log-in name and password exactly as they are printed on the flyer you received. Then click on the "Log In" button. (Note that your initial log-in name as it appears on the flyer is actually a number, so be sure to type zeros and not "O's" when you log in.)
After you log in this first time, you'll be taken to your profile screen where you can verify that all the information is correct or edit it accordingly. You'll also be instructed to enter your e-mail address as your new log-in name and to choose a new password. Make sure you enter your full e-mail address for your log-in name and enter a password that you will easily remember; you'll use these as your log-in name and password for all future visits to the Stephen Ministries site. - All Other Users:
You'll need to create an account on our site. (If you already have an account on our site, but have forgotten your password, click here. For other help, contact us.)
Fill out the form completely, supplying your e-mail address as your user name. When you enter your password, choose one that you'll easily remember.
If you're a Stephen Minister, be sure to check the box that says, "I am a Stephen Minister." This allows you to access the Stephen Minister Pages on our site.
After completely filling out the form, click the "Create Account" button at the bottom of the page. Once you've successfully created your new account, you can purchase resources--Stephen Ministers can also now access the Stephen Minister Pages--on our site.
Logging In Subsequent Times
When logging in subsequent times, you'll need to type your e-mail address for your log-in name and the password you selected in the password box. Then click on the "Log In" button. If you've forgotten your password, click here, and we'll send your password to you at the e-mail address specified in your profile.
