Equipper's Training Courses (ETCs) are high-quality training events where pastors and lay leaders from enrolled ChristCare Series congregations learn to implement and direct ChristCare Group Ministry in their congregations. At an ETC Equippers learn to establish and cast a vision for small group ministry; recruit, select, and train congregation members as ChristCare Group Leaders; build and grow membership in ChristCare Groups; supervise and support ChristCare Group Leaders; and keep the small group ministry going and growing as it becomes a vital part of the congregation's ministry.
