Ascension Lutheran Church began ChristCare Ministry in 2001 after four years of involvement with Stephen Ministry. Today, Ascension’s ChristCare Groups reach into the community through missional service, with groups serving at a homeless shelter, helping to teach parenting classes, and welcoming new members more effectively.
