2007 ETC Recap
On April 22, Stephen Ministries welcomed participants from 29 states and 2 Canadian provinces to the 2007 ChristCare Series Equipper's Training Course in St. Louis, Missouri.
What they gained reached far beyond the knowledge they took home. They returned with a passion and vision for successful small group ministry.
A Deeper Vision for Small Groups
The ETC equips leaders to transform their congregations through ChristCare Groups.
ChristCare Groups change people. Members learn to live the Bible instead of just reading it; they come to know God more deeply than ever before through his Word and his presence in their fellow group members. People who have never been involved in missional service willingly open their minds, hearts, and hands to those in need. Group members grow close, and they reach out to bring new people into their groups so others can experience the joy of ChristCare.

A Firsthand Experience of ChristCare
Equippers learn the power of ChristCare Groups by becoming a part of one. On Sunday evening, seven or eight strangers begin building their ETC ChristCare Group. By Friday evening, ETC ChristCare Groups have become closer than they'd ever dreamed possible--and each member carries home the vision for what ChristCare Groups can do in his or her congregation.
